Due to the nature of our professional lash products and hygiene regulations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on non-Klarna purchases.

Please email lashedupbytee@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the product, packaging, and your order number. If approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit.

Klarna purchases are eligible for a 14-day return window beginning on the delivery date. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Please email lashedupbytee@gmail.com to initiate a return.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days unless otherwise stated (preorders, custom trays, or backordered items).

Standard U.S. shipping takes 3–7 business days. International shipping times vary by destination.

Once your order is handed to USPS or UPS, Lashed Up By Tee is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please file a claim directly with the carrier.
